Casuarina homesites update

Many locals and tourists alike are interested to know what is happening with the recent Casuarina town centre land release.

The new (and final) land release is located opposite the Coles complex on Casuarina Way.

This final stage will comprise 77 homesites and boutique medium density development sites. A diverse range of residential dwellings will be built.

The land was released for sale in two stages and both sold out very quickly. Construction has now started on the site, with Hutchinson Builders appointed as the principal contractor.

All roads, streetscaping, services and the beachfront parklands are due for completion by mid-2020.

We will endeavour to keep you informed of the progress on this site as it occurs.
