Information recently released by realestate.com.au shows that the Northern Rivers region has been one of the strongest price growth areas in Australia over the past five years.

The report says that the lifestyle, available amenities, celebrities, social media influencers and the availability of jobs have all contributed to the growth.

Kingscliff real estate has experienced a 10% price growth over the past 12 months, with the median price for a four-bed house now $1,130,000 and the median rental price $740 per week. 

The median price for a four-bed home in Casuarina is $1,175,000 and $775 per week for a rental.

More and more people are realising the benefits of living in our beautiful coastal town, which continues to push up pricing, for both sales and rentals.
