This week will have heralded a change for many, with school resuming in NSW (albeit online) and the news that some restrictions are easing. We are now allowed to have two adults (and their dependent children) visit our homes. This is certainly a welcome change and we encourage everyone to use it responsibly so we don’t lose it!

Here at Ray, we continue to do our part to flatten the curve. We are still operating six days a week, under heightened precautions and following all state and federal guidelines, along with the World Health Organisation recommendations.

This month, we have sold 1/15 Dianella Drive, Casuarina and rented out five properties. Two of these properties were converted from Airbnb listings. The owners of these properties feel a weight lifted from their shoulders, knowing they will now have steady income for the next six months, while travel is restricted and Airbnb stays are not allowed. Showings are currently being handled by ‘virtual inspection’ in the first instance, followed by one-one-one inspections if necessary and appropriate. Group inspections cannot be catered for at this time, however we are lucky to live in a digital age where technology makes it so close to the real thing!
